Galadriel gave Elessar to Aragorn on behalf of Arwen as a token of hope and of Arwen's love. Uplifted by Arwen's gift, Aragorn assumes the role of leader for the fellowship. By accepting the brooch, Aragorn also accepts his destiny as the rightful heir of Gondor. The brooch would also serve as the source of his ruling name, King Elessar. Bestowing the Stone of Eärendil to Aragorn also functioned as a wedding gift from the family of the bride to the groom, foretelling Aragorn's marriage to Arwen.

Details: Elessar is sterling silver with a textured back. Choose between a pendant that includes a 24" long stainless steel rope chain or a brooch with a standard brooch pin. Elessar measures 62.2 mm long, 32.4 mm at the widest point and 10 mm thick at the gemstone. The great green stone is colored glass made in a pear faceted shape. Nenya is described as being made of Mithril, a silver colored precious metal. The masculine version of Nenya features the beautiful leaves from the trees of Lothlorien. Tolkien loved the European Beech and described the leaves of Lothlorien as looking the like the leaves of the Beech. When Frodo saw Galadriel's ring Nenya in the forest of Lorien, the stone glittered and shone like it held a star from the heavens.

Nenya is also called the Ring of Adamant from the old English word for diamond. For that reason, the Men's Nenya is set with a 1/2 ct. (5.5 mm) cubic zirconia or a 1/2 ct. (5.5 mm) Moissanite, a lab grown stone that has more brilliance, fire, and luster than diamonds and an incredible hardness. Other options available as well.

Details: The band is solid sterling silver and measures 7.5 mm wide and 1.7 mm thick. The ring measures 4 mm thick at the stone and weighs 10.1 grams - weight will vary with size.

Nenya is described as being made of Mithril, a silver colored precious metal. Nenya features the leaves from the trees of Lothlorien which Tolkien described as looking like Beech tree leaves, Tolkien's favorite tree.

Nenya is set with a 1 ct. (6.5mm) cubic zirconia. Moissanite, a lab grown stone with more brilliance, fire, and luster than diamonds and cabochon stones are available.

Details: The ring is solid sterling silver and measures 8 mm from top to bottom and the back of the band measures 2.8 mm wide. Nenya weighs 4 grams - weight will vary with size. The inside of the band is stamped with our makers mark, copyright, and metal content.

Size Options: Nenya is available in in US sizes 4 to 15, in whole, half, and quarter sizes (sizes 13.5 and larger are an additional €15.00).

A matching tracer band has been designed to fit on either side of Nenya.  We offer the tracer band(s) as a separate ring, or cast in place and permanently attached to the main ring.

The Emeralds of Girion was a necklace belonging to the last Lord of Dale. The necklace was given as payment for a coat of armor made by the Dwarves of Erebor and was described as being "made of five hundred emeralds green as grass". It was one of the fabulous treasures discovered in Smaug the dragon's hoard. At the end of the Battle of Five Armies, Thranduil the Elven king of Mirkwood, was given the necklace by Bard the Bowman in gratitude for his assistance.

Details: The Mirkwood Elven Earrings are solid sterling silver and are rhodium plated to prevent tarnishing. The Elven earrings dangle from French ear wires. Each earring is set with a 6.5 mm round emerald green cubic zirconia and  measure 20.5 mm long, 12.5 mm at the widest point and 4 mm thick at the gemstone. The earrings weigh 4.2 grams (2.1 grams each) in sterling silver.
